Operating Principle of SCREWLINE Screw Pumps:
In dry running screw vacuum pumps, two parallel screw rotors rotate contact-free in the housing. Gas is transported axially from the inlet to the outlet and continuously compressed. The rotors do not touch each other or the housing - synchronization occurs via external gears. This enables absolutely oil-free operation without operating fluids in the pumping chamber.
