Operating Principle of SCREWLINE Screw Pumps:

In dry running screw vacuum pumps, two parallel screw rotors rotate contact-free in the housing. Gas is transported axially from the inlet to the outlet and continuously compressed. The rotors do not touch each other or the housing - synchronization occurs via external gears. This enables absolutely oil-free operation without operating fluids in the pumping chamber.

Technical Advantages of SCREWLINE Pumps:

  • 100% Oil-Free - no contamination from operating oil
  • Dry Running - no operating fluids in pumping chamber
  • High Ultimate Vacuum - down to 0.01 mbar without backing pump
  • High Pumping Speed - efficient across wide pressure range
  • Contact-Free Operation - minimal wear, long service life
  • Very Low Maintenance - no vanes, no valves, no oil changes
  • Energy Efficient - especially SPi version with frequency inverter
  • Chemical Resistant - suitable for aggressive gases
  • Compact Design - integrated all-in-one solution
  • Quiet Operation - optimized sound damping
  • Environmentally Friendly - no oil consumption, no emissions
