Return of goods and money
If necessary, we will exchange unused and undamaged goods for another type. It is possible to exchange the goods within 30 days of receiving the goods, after 30 days we do not accept the exchange of goods. We only exchange goods for goods at the same or higher price level. Please deliver the goods preferably by registered package (not cash on delivery) to our address by a courier company or by post. The costs associated with the exchange are borne in full by the buyer. This does not affect the right to return goods within 14 days.
The product must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- complete (including package leaflet, etc.)
- in the original (undamaged or otherwise degraded) packaging
