Operating Principle:

In single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps, an eccentrically mounted rotor rotates in a cylindrical housing. Spring-loaded vanes slide in slots in the rotor and seal against the housing wall. The space between the vanes changes during rotation, creating suction and compression. Oil serves for sealing, lubrication, and cooling of all moving parts.

Main Application Areas:

  • Food Packaging Industry: Vacuum packaging, MAP packaging, tray sealing, thermoforming
  • Woodworking Industry: CNC machines, vacuum clamping tables, wood drying, material handling
  • Plastics & Rubber Industry: Extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, degassing
